Project Evaluation is also an important part of the Project to the Governing Body. Implementation planning, progress reports and project revision documents are key sources of information on modifications to the original design during the implementation process. The Main aim of the evaluation is to reach the relevance and achievement of Objectives, efficiency. Evaluations make lessons into the decision-making process of the project. Designing, monitoring, evaluation, progress reports and project revision are all part of results-based project management. This gives response to demands for accountability. Conducting recognition of actual changes and progress made and also give clear idea about what are all the success factors, need to the improvement. At last, this give the validation for project staff and partners that desired outcomes are being achieved. A project is an investment activity where we expend capital resources to create a producing asset from which we can expect to realize benefits over an extended period of time. The likelihood that the results of the project are durable and can be maintained or even scaled up and replicated by project partners after major assistance that has been completed.
