Thoughtful project endings are a sign cant part of project management, yet there is relatively little work published in this important area. This reserve addresses the gap, focusing on the successful management of project endings, showing how to plan for the ending of a project, how to create ending competences, and in particular, how to successfully manage relations with different stakeholders of a project as it is coming to an end. Avila and Salami use a real-life case in the airline industry to show how the successful ending project was achieved and in doing so portray ideas and experiences not typically considered in the end. Through the case discussion, the difficulty of the development is unveiled and the achievement of success for all parties is explained. The reserve portrays three key success factors: ending competences, to be developed both at the organizational and individual levels; effect management of the business network around the ending project; and involvement at the strategic managerial level. It concludes that project endings are often complex and have far-reaching effects, and therefore, call for close managerial attention. The order is a useful and valuable contribution both in terms of theoretical and professional practice and can be used for teaching at postgraduate, MBA and professional development levels for students engaged with project management and business strategy. Goals in the projects are the business values that are attained by projects, they have to calculate goals of the projects and they have to estimate them in the papers so that they could be very useful for them. Goals are considered to be the high level statement in the projects that is very much presented in the meetings. When they have the plan for the project they have to explain they should estimate the goals that are very much necessary for the project. With out knowing the goals of the project no one could approve for the project. They should try to implement the project so that they could have profit in the project. When the projects are first designed in the paper they should give some approximate values of the business. When board members are not satisfied with the projects they could not accept them. They could just reject them even though they are good project and no use in business value. They should have the perfect goals in them and business value if they have so they could be approved the projects when they are presented. The goals in the projects plays very important role sometimes they are very profitable one and sometimes they could differ.

Time delay

When the projects are assigned they have some time limit to complete the project within that time. But not all projects are done within that time period. The project members could be working hard to complete them on time, but sometime they could be late. The reason for the project delayed could be the mainly financial problem; they don’t have correct money to complete this project. They have to wait for the financial status to improve for their project and then they have to start their work. The other important factor is that they could run out of man power shortage in them. To complete the project on time they should need the money and man power when they have these two factors in them they could easily complete their project on time. When they don’t have these factors in them then there could not be any time delay in their projects. The next time delay of the projects is that they should find correct time to implement the project. This happens in many cases, they wait for correct time to implement the project that makes the project delay. When all the factors are seen they could implement them and have success in their project. The time delays in project are very commonly found.

Project teams are the members of different functions and work could have been joined for the work or a task to be completed. When the team is formed they could select the team members in various aspects of they work they could have different steps in selecting the project team members. The first quality is the experience in their work and their achievements in that. Next one is their physical ability and their mental strength to work in any conditions. When they select these kinds of people to their projects they could work in more effective way to make the project success one. When the team members are selected they have to cooperate with each other. That they should have mutual relation with everyone in the project that makes the project to run in smooth way, when they have hatred among the team members then it could be very hard to them to move the project. The team members are the building blocks of the project they have to be very careful in selecting those members to a project. When there is any tension in the project this develops into collaborative tension among them.  They could strive hard to meet the requirements of their projects.

When the project is once ready they have to be implemented very well, they have to be set on the track of the markets. They should follow them and they have to release them. When they don’t implement the project in correct time this could be very big problem in the business. When they don’t find time very good to implement they should very careful in the time. When they don’t see the correct time they should wait for the time to implement the project. When they do so in the correct time they could see the success in the project. When there is success in the project they could see all the members in the business could share them. But when the project fails the blame hoes to the project leader and they have to face all the questions from their management. This very hard time to the project leader they have to see the implantation process in very accurate way. Hence this could decide their future and they have to very careful in implementation of the project. According to the plan of the project they have to very accurate and they should have the result of previous so that they could compare them for better result.

Project manager has all the responsibilities of the project; they should communicate with all the team members in an efficient way so that they work better. They should provide the team members the open channel of communication with all this could be very helpful in doing the work on time. They try to teach the team members in their work so that it could be faster and be very interesting for them to do their work. At any instance of time they should keep on motivating their team members so no one in the team feels tried or worried working in the team. At the sane time they should keep focusing on the team goal and try to push all the members to the goals and try to explain them the need of achieving the goals and their profits. When there is nay problem in the team they should try resolving them more efficiently and making the project run on their track and could be no delay in their work. The team manger should also communicate with the manager and high officials of their company and explain them how the project goes well. The projects victory is based on the project leader.

Project Evaluation is also an important part of the Project to the Governing Body. Implementation planning, progress reports and project revision documents are key sources of information on modifications to the original design during the implementation process. The Main aim of the evaluation is to reach the relevance and achievement of Objectives, efficiency. Evaluations make lessons into the decision-making process of the project. Designing, monitoring, evaluation, progress reports and project revision are all part of results-based project management. This gives response to demands for accountability. Conducting recognition of actual changes and progress made and also give clear idea about what are all the success factors, need to the improvement. At last, this give the validation for project staff and partners that desired outcomes are being achieved. A project is an investment activity where we expend capital resources to create a producing asset from which we can expect to realize benefits over an extended period of time. The likelihood that the results of the project are durable and can be maintained or even scaled up and replicated by project partners after major assistance that has been completed.

Project Report is the report regarding the on-going project, which can be submitted to the higher lever officials by the team or their members. For team projects every member in the team must be aware of the project and the role of themselves in that project and submit project report as on their role. A team member has to submit the report to team leader, team submit to the project manager, project manager submit to the project leader, and so on. Each level project contains the different type of report formats. It can be used to analyse, re-assign, terminate or to take the necessary action regarding the report. If you take a project to execute, it has several steps and each step was very important as each step was considered as the growth of the project. Each step was more essential for that project. Each step has to be monitored very carefully. If a stage didn’t have finish successfully on the scheduled time, it will affect the entire project. So the each step and each day project will be monitored carefully to avoid any loss or time delay. Some clients’ want the project report themselves to track on their project status.

Planning is the most important thing to do any process. Without a plan, you cannot do anything properly in your life. When comes to business, nothing is profitable without proper planning. It’s a psychological process of thinking about the activities required to create a desired goal or finish some work on time. The Planning process is essential to finish the project more profitable. A plan upon the activities and can be long range, intermediate range or short range according to the scope of the project. It may be a self-handled project or a team project. If it is a team project, every member in the team must be aware of the project and the role of themselves in that project. The process of planning and managing resources to achieve goal is called as Project management. Project estimation is important for a particular project. The process of projects contains initiation, planning and design, execution and construction, monitoring and controlling systems and finally completion. If you want to succeed, then you have to plan well for that work. The planning may be for completion of the project in time or to execute the project or work allotment or all the process mentioned.
